Mee CBD Review – Organic CBD To Help You Feel At Your Natural Best

I’ve been intrigued by CBD for a while now. Obviously, doing the job I do, I’ve read countless articles about it and tried out a couple of products for review purposes, but I guess I’ve always steered clear of using products that don’t fit seamlessly into my lifestyle. To be honest I find it hard enough to remember to take a hayfever tablet when I need it. And likewise, being the low maintenance kinda girl that I am I don’t really go in for lotions and potions either. So, unless it’s easy, it’s just not going to happen.

When I heard about the new trend for water soluble CBD, my ears proper pricked up. Because well, we all need to drink don’t we, so that totally sounds like a wellbeing trend I can get on board with. And seeing as Mee CBD have sent me over a sample to try out… well it would be downright rude not to!

What Is Water Soluble CBD?

So, the clue’s kind of in the name really isn’t it, in that it’s CBD that can be dissolved in water. Right OK great, but what’s so good about that then? Well, this means it can be enjoyed with food and drink. Food and drink that you already eat, which you can now add a teaspoon of CBD powder too. If you think about it, it’s pretty clever, because there are of course heaps of CBD infused products already out there, but you might not necessarily go out of your way to buy these products if you don’t like the particular food or drink they are in. Water soluble Mee CBD on the other hand allows you to stir it into your morning coffee, your post workout smoothie, into your morning porridge or overnight oats. You can bake with it, mix it into sauces, soups, dips. When you think about it the list is pretty much endless.

Other than its versatility then, why else should you choose water soluble CBD over say CBD oil or some other CBD products? Well, unlike CBD oils, which can sometimes be quite harsh and are more difficult to mix into things, water soluble CBD, such as the powder produced by Mee CBD, is fast acting and easily digestible. What this basically means is it’s gonna hit the spot a lot sooner.

Looking at CBD in general, it is believed to help with a variety of physical and mental conditions, including anxiety, insomnia, arthritis, chronic pain, MS, depression, psoriasis, Parkinson’s, PTSD, to name but a few. And while research continues to be carried out, users of CBD speak incredibly highly of its effectiveness. It would be crazy to claim that CBD alone is the answer, because of course it isn’t, however it has been proven to help assist the roles carried out by the body’s endocannabinoid system, which in turn leads to a more balanced, more efficient system if you like.

The CEO of Mee CBD, Oli Osgood sums it up well – “We believe CBD is fundamental to our diets but is often misunderstood and misused. Mee CBD is so easy to take that it makes cannabinoids a more accessible lifestyle choice for all of us and removes some of the mystery of this natural product which is shown to significantly aid wellbeing. Our new packaging innovation is the best yet, so after what has been a taxing year physically and mentally for many Mee is the perfect companion to help ease you back into everyday life.”

This is about everyday nutrition. A daily wellbeing tonic to give us back some of our va va voom and to help reignite the spark that I am sure many of us feel we’ve lost over the past 18 months. CBD is moving out if it’s little niche and into the mainstream, as education about the many different healing properties of this plant derived substance are being made more and more clear. And when it’s made as easy to use as this, I’m fairly confident the market will continue to grow.

Tell Me More About Mee CBD

I tried out the Mee CBD powder in a smoothie and also in an iced coffee and I’ve got to say I was really impressed by just how well it mixed in. Simply add one teaspoon, give it a bit of a stir, and that’s it, you get the optimum 20mg dose of CBD right there in the drink you were going to be having anyway. I love that it doesn’t change the taste of what you’ve put it with and it doesn’t change the consistency in any way either, in fact you wouldn’t even know it was in there.

Containing just 4 ingredients (Broad Spectrum CBD (organic hemp extract), Gum arabic, Tapioca starch, Cannabidiol food supplement) Mee CBD uses entirely plant-based, organic ingredients (vegans rejoice) and has already received winning rave reviews from the CBD and wellbeing community, including from Natural Products Online and Good Health Magazine. This is the first of its kind available to the UK market, as it uses a micro-encapsulation process to turn CBD into a water-soluble product.
